A life of fear
A life of trepidation
A home now scorched
beyond all recognition
Displaced, disgraced
a mother clings to her child
what once was clean and pure
has now been turned to bile
Only asking for a simple change
From the so called apex species
Smoke covers the air. Black.
Flames erupt below. Ash.
The remains of our kin rain down
In the end, the earth will prevail
Laughing through the last dying man's wails
Ecosystems shattered
They too, soon will suffer
Condemned to a future that is bleak
Will they discover what has truly mattered
Forsaken, they know what they must seek
A life of fear
A life of trepidation
A home now scorched
beyond all recognition
Displaced, disgraced
a mother clings to her child
what once was clean and pure
has now been turned to bile
Since Spenser Moore replaced Blackburn I’ve frankly appreciated Inferi far more. I feel that his drumming improves the overall sound of the band a great deal, but it’s probably just a personal style preference. Either way, Of Sunless Realms was a great foreshadowing of the epic Vile Genesis. Metallurgical Fire
First WTF was google music actually throwing something good into my feed.
Second WTF was everything every goddamn member of this band does. This and the previous album have been on repeat for weeks. All other music tastes like diet water. Help. Gruso
